Novus Health’s former vice-president Marc Giguère and Katia Pikus of France’s Almerys G2S Group recently gave a talk on health, prevention, and strategies that organizations can implement to help employees take charge of their health.
They also discussed the importance of protecting health data, which is sensitive and personal. Accordingly, organizations, large companies, mutual associations, and insurers must implement adapted health programs that are accessible to employees by telephone and in person and couple sensitive data protection and technology services, to address multiple needs.
The Bien-Être au Travail Conference, which was held on June 16 at the Centre de Congrès d’Agen, provided an excellent opportunity to network, brainstorm, and share wellness practices that organizations and companies alike can leverage.
