This new platform will give new Desjardins individual insurance policyholders access to reliable and diverse information, including the resources available for caregivers, information on children’s learning disabilities, information about how to live with an illness or the after-effects of an accident, or how to modify lifestyle habits.
The new Desjardins service offers:
- A web navigation platform for finding reliable information and various health-related tools, available 24/7.
- Confidential phone assistance provided by experienced health information specialists.
- A personalized information guide sent by email within 24 to 48 business hours. This guide is researched and put together by Novus Health specialists based on the insured’s health and individual needs.
- A summary of all the assistance services available to insureds based on their insurance products.
