Alexandra Fortin
Alexandra is a clinical coordinator at Novus Health. She holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing and has completed a bioethics microprogram. She began her career in the emergency room and taught nursing at the college level. As a clinical coordinator, she oversees and works with health information specialists to ensure the quality of clinical information and resources shared with members. As part of various programs offered, she also does physical and mental clinical assessments, case management and offers support and accompaniment to members as a health coach.
Inga Graves
Inga Graves is a Health Information Specialist at Novus Health. She provides clients with genuine, professional, and compassionate support by phone, and has played a crucial role in the enhancement of the Health Risk Assessment tool. Inga holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from York University Glendon Campus, and a Certificate in Workplace Wellness and Health Promotion from Centennial College. She has a background in customer service, marketing, research and mental health crisis response.
Geneviève Fortin
Geneviève is a planning, programming and research officer at Novus Health, focusing on public health. She works closely with the Sales, Content and Clinical teams, as well as with our clients. She has a background in marketing and biology, and has a lot of teaching and research experience. She has worked in many remote areas, from Canadian indigenous communities to rural Uganda, putting in place community outreach health initiatives and evaluating health-related programs. She holds a master’s degree in public health and works from our Montréal office.
